To remain in the honors program, students should meet the following criteria: rising sophomore cumulative college GPA of 3.2, rising junior cumulative college GPA of 3.3, and rising senior cumulative college GPA of 3.4. Only students with a minimum cumulative college GPA of 3.5 should be allowed to graduate with honors. Students who fall below these levels will be placed on probation for one year. During the first semester of that year, they must show improvement in GPA, and by the end of the second semester they must reach the minimum. Any student with a GPA below 3.0 at the end of any academic year will forfeit honors status.
Any honor student who receives an XF in a class will be removed from the honors program and his or her honors scholarship will be revoked.
