Please mail, fax or personally present your transcript request. All transcript requests must be signed and dated by the person to whom the academic record belongs. Requests are normally processed within two working days from the day your request is received. Beginning August 1, 2010, there will be a fee charged for transcripts; $15 for the first copy, $10 for each additional copy (per request); $10/unofficial. Mail or fax to:
